INGO GDPR is a registration system with two user levels whose information is collected a) event organizers and b) attendees. The information collected for events is the responsibility of the event organizers, and the event organizers must have their own privacy policies and a GDPR statement. This GDPR statement relates to information collected by the INGO registration system.

Register Description in accordance with Section 10 of the Personal Data Act (523/1999), and a description in accordance with the requirements of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR General Data Protection Regulation).

    1. Methods of collecting personal data
      • Personal data is mainly collected in connection with registration from both the organizers and the participants in the events via the website. The information is collected from the customer with consent. Personal information may also otherwise be collected through a website such as a newsletter subscription, email, telephone or other customer contact such as social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

      • Name of the company, association or other organization from corporate customers

      • Processing of registration data

      • Collecting customer feedback and other customer relationship management
      • Marketing

    4. Storage and disclosure of personal data
      • Personal information is processed and stored digitally, and the systems are protected by appropriate network security and passwords. INGO will keep the data collected from event organizers for 5 years if the customer has not previously requested the deletion of their data, in which case it will be done immediately.

        Data on entrants will be deleted from the INGO system at the end of the event, after which the event organizers will be solely responsible for this information and will be managed in accordance with the event organizer’s policies.

        The information is accessible to INGO Cloud Service staff. The data will never be disclosed to third parties, either inside or outside the EU.

  3. Personal data protection rights
    • The registered person has the right to check the registered data from profile. User has the right to request the immediate deletion of personal data from the registers. A person has the right to receive additional information about the processing of his or her personal data. All of the above should be done by contacting us The person also has the right to complain to the Data Protection Officer about the processing of his or her personal data.
